Our Care Management Mission
MorseLife’s Care Management mission is to provide meaningful solutions to the challenges of aging, and to improve care by providing a suite of professional services that help both patients and caregivers more effectively manage health conditions at home. MorseLife’s Care Management program is under the Kramer Senior Services Agency, a subcontractor of the Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach/Treasure Coast.
